as the title and all that mumble says i`m holding a Comic strip contest , the winner will have the right not just to pick the official name for the newspaper(however it most be atleast half serious ) and to become the oficial strip for the weekly edition of it for the next 3 months(meaning he/she will have to deliver a strip weekly) but she/he will also will a 3 month paid Subscription so if you are interested here are the rules:

-The strip "pilot" comic must be uplanded and the link send to me before the deadline November 25th
-The comic can be anynumber panels but must be on traditional 1 row format, however 2 row could be accepted but they won assure better puntuations and maybe they will provide lower scores
-if you are willing to join you must place a link to this yournal in the strip uploanding and intio one of your yournals saying you are doing so
-be subscried to me before placing the comment that you are uniting or sending me a note
-for reasons of utility it`s recomended that the comic is between the 800px × 300px format(one row format standard)
-color is not required but is recomended
-the winer will also be featured as Deviant of the week during the first edition
